Jeff Paxton has worked in this type of environment for many years. He enjoys seeing something come from nothing and decided to start his own company in 1990. He started this company with a dream to become top notch and he has exceeded that goal and is now running a very successful company. He is very dedicated to providing a safe and beneficial work environment for his employees and in return his employees are very loyal to him. He has a great mind for business and that helps stem his success rate. Jeff enjoys time with his family on the boat and hunting.

Tanya started with Paxton Contractors Corp in March 2017. After 15+ years in the medical billing field she needed a change and couldn’t be happier with her decision. She is a native of Chesapeake, VA and graduated from Hickory High School. She married her high school sweetheart and they have two beautiful children. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, camping, biking, fishing, and being outdoors! The mountains are her favorite place to be. Paxton Contractors is an awesome team and she am proud to be part of it.
Goutham Maddali
Civil Engineer
Goutham joined Paxton Contractors Corp in 2017 as an Assistant Estimator. He pursued his Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from St. Martins Engineering College in India and a recent graduate in Masters in Civil Engineering and Construction Management from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois.
He published a couple of International Journals in 2014 on the name of Introduction to Corridor Selection & Assessment for Bus Rapid Transit System in Hyderabad in American Journal of Engineering Research and the other on the Name of Introduction to Selection of Corridor and Requirements of IVHS in Hyderabad in International Journal of Modern Engineering Research.
The academical projects and his recent certifications like CMIT and OSHA explains the zeal and enthusiasm towards the field of study.

Dump Truck Foreman
Johnny Walker started working for Paxton Contractors Corp in January 2012. He started out as an operator and has moved up in the ranks to become a very dependable dump truck foreman. He handles the 4 dump trucks that Paxton has to offer for service. He handles deliveries of material to job sites and homeowners while also moving necessary heavy equipment where it is needed. He is a Hampton Roads native and enjoys spending time having fun with his family.
Tonia Sealey
Sand Pit Dispatcher
Toni came to Paxton Contractors Corp in November 2012. She has extension knowledge in dispatching as she has been in this line of work for many years. She is a native of the area and knows most of the dump truck drivers. She is very good at her job and almost always be found in the trailer at the Crittenden Sand Pit handling the tickets. She enjoys going on cruises and can’t wait to go again. She also enjoys spending time with her family.
